A structured outside-in view on your product and engineering organization. We’ll assess what is already working like a charm, where friction arises, and which processes and structures are needed to improve focus, clarity and performance in your organization. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing workflows, team structures, delivery cadence, and the alignment with business goals. The findings are typically summarized through a written report.

Deep Dive

Doing the root work, clearing rocks, enriching soil, and accelerating growth.

When the workings of a product and engineering organization feel stuck, slow-moving, or intransparent, it’s often not missing effort but hidden bottleneks and challenges. Such challenges may also be identifed as part of the deep dive. Here, we’ll deep dive in a hands-on manner towards clearing the path forward. Such deep dives certainly aren’t about assigning blame - it’s about creating momentum.

Focused conversations are a great enabler to gain clarity, to challenge assumptions, to open up alternative views, or to spark new ideas. In a 1:1 session we have the space to explore and discuss the questions and challenges most relevant to you.
