Consumers have the possibility to direct complaints towards the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This enables out-of-court settlement of dispute arising from online contracts with a company established in the European Untion. Complains can also be directed towards the E-Mail address listed in the legal notice.
